The décor was modern, but the heating didn’t work, leaving the room freezing at night; the shower rod fell off during a shower because the owner’s self‑sabotage caused it to snap, spraying the whole bathroom, and I was booked for a bathtub but ended up using the shower instead.

I had a decent stay, but the check-in process was a bit of a hassle as it took an eternity to get to my room, and it seemed like the staff wasn't expecting us. Once I finally arrived, the room itself was okay, but it could have been better.
Everything felt fresh and clean, and the room was very comfortable.
