The host was very friendly, and the accommodation is beautiful, functional, and stylish, tucked under the roof of a renovated house in a narrow alley. The train station, cathedral, Mercato Ballarò, and Quattro Canti are all just a few minutes away. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and there’s a roof terrace. From the second floor, where the host Vito lives, you reach the accommodation via a narrow spiral staircase.

“Shared Apartment with host, who respects your privacy”

The host gave plenty of useful information, responded quickly to requests, and respected our privacy. He is very friendly and recommended as a host. The accommodation was clean. We were confused that the host lives in the apartment, but he still respected our privacy. The spiral staircase to the booked area is very narrow and slippery—not suitable for stronger people or those with impairments. The listing said “parking included,” but we had to find a parking spot a little away from the property; the host gave us tips. The area felt a bit unsafe at night.
