The location is central, and having the mall and food places nearby is the main reason we stay at the hotel, but a police security guy with an automatic weapon walking into the reception was very concerning; he didn’t make me feel safe and the vibe from the facial reaction of others was the same.

The manager was a very rude girl, not good management, and all blame goes to her because we spoke to her and she failed to explain; it was poor and bad.

Staff was exceptional, especially Aarushi from front desk as Guest Services Manager and Amit D. from Housekeeping Manager; everything was perfect.
