The location was perfect for exploring Skipton, and Meghan, our cheerful host, served a first‑class full English breakfast. Our room was cosy with a lovely view of the surrounding hills, and the Devonshire Arms pub was only a short walk into the village. All was to our liking.

The property had character, lovely surroundings, and a very well‑appointed cosy bedroom; it was very clean, the breakfast was great, and the host was amazingly lovely.

The family B&B was well run, set back from the road, very homely and welcoming, with a good location for sightseeing; the food on offer was very good and we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was excellent and the room superb, with a very comfortable bed, but we expected more face flannels and the hot water was just a dribble that took ages to arrive.
