We had a fantastic stay at Hakyiri B&B. The spot is perfect for walking to the town centre, and Lake Bunyonyi is just a short boda ride away. The rooms were very comfortable and the garden was beautiful. Joab’s hospitality was the highlight—he was friendly, kind, and helpful, even making us a delicious Rolex breakfast. We’ll definitely return and thank Joab for making our visit special.

I had a wonderful 3 night stay at Hakyiri. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, the environment was peaceful, and the breakfast was wholesome and thoughtfully prepared. I particularly appreciated the genuine kindness and helpfulness of the receptionist, who made my stay feel comfortable and homely. For a traveller looking for a quiet, affordable and welcoming place to stay in Kabale, this is a perfect choice. The only minor challenge was the dusty road leading to the property, particularly during this dry weather. However, this did not take away from the quality of the stay itself, and everything inside the property was comfortable and well maintained

The room was fine and there was a small garden area, and the receptionist was friendly. The furniture had a bit of orange dust on it, and we had to specify the breakfast time. The next day we waited over an hour for breakfast, likely because we were forgotten even though the place was almost empty, causing us to miss our planned tour. Power and Wi‑Fi cuts were frequent, the location was a bit farther from main attractions, and the hot water didn’t work.

Breakfast arrived on time and the room was simple but comfortable. The Wi‑Fi was unstable, and the price we paid through the booking site was 30‑40 % higher than the rate shown at the hotel desk.

I recently stayed at a brand-new hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff. The hotel's modern amenities and facilities were a delight, and the breakfast spread was truly exceptional. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the water pressure in my room, but the hotel staff kindly offered me access to another bathroom, which more than made up for the inconvenience.
