The outdoor area in front of the door was awful and untidy, and the room was on the ground floor so we couldn’t leave the window open at night.

Parking right in front of the building on the ground floor is a rarity, so it deserves the top score, but the mattress was too firm; the pillows were great enough to make up for it if you’re not used to a stiff bed.
