Our stay at Praesidium was simply perfect! The location is ideal for relaxing in comfort after a full day of walking and exploring Rome’s attractions. It’s excellently situated, practical, and has a fantastic pizzeria right on the same street as the accommodation, which makes it super convenient at the end of the day. A special thank you to Chiara for her friendliness, kindness, and attentiveness throughout our stay. It will definitely be our first choice when we return to Rome!

The place was super clean, the climate control really helped when it hit 40 degrees, and the location was good—just a 25‑minute bus ride to the Colosseum.
