Location can’t be beat and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service, which made it a hassle for older guests trying to get around. It’s a shame the convenience was marred by that.

Breakfast offered a lot of choices and was just a short walk from the beach, which was perfect for early risers. The staff were consistently warm and polite from check‑in to check‑out, and the family‑friendly vibe made the stay feel cozy. The on‑site food was tasty, so we left happy.

The hotel’s proximity to the beach and the clean rooms were definite pluses, and the staff were upbeat and genuinely helpful. On the downside, the stair handrail was wobbly, there was a lot of dust, and on my second day there was no coffee without sugar, forcing me to go elsewhere. The cold, soggy cheese bread and limited cake options didn’t help, and getting the car garage door opened was a slow, confusing process.

Everything about the stay felt off – from the rooms to the service, nothing seemed right. I left feeling that the experience was overall terrible and would not recommend it.
