The hotel and room have charm, are spacious, well‑equipped, and clean. The location is great. On‑site dining (dinners at the restaurant) is high quality, with tasty, varied cuisine made from fresh, excellent ingredients. The staff are professional and very pleasant. The only drawback is that the breakfast didn’t live up to the other services.

A very beautiful establishment, close to everything and pleasant.

A welcoming family hotel with charm. The staff are very friendly and smiling. The location is ideal in the city centre, and the restaurant means you don’t have to look far for good food! The only issue is that late departures aren’t possible; the breakfast is good and complete but could be better arranged.

A great value for the hotel, with a typical Norman charm, an incredibly comfortable, large bed, and a handy charger loan—those little extras matter! The only downside was a slight inflexibility with timings: it was disappointing that guests were penalised for a breakfast delay under 10 minutes or for an approximate afternoon arrival time.

The spot is ideal—right in the centre, just steps from the sea, and free street parking. The décor is neat and cosy, the reception is straightforward and warm, and the bedding is spot‑on. It’s quiet, though the room and shower cabin feel just a touch cramped.
