“This property is not equipped for long stays particularly for overseas visitors”
We liked the location and the neighbors. However, there was no guide manual at the property to explain how to use the equipment, how to handle garbage collection and recycling, or that the internet was quite slow by today's standards. Parking was an issue: although advertised as free, the street is only for permit holders, so I received two tickets during our stay and received no compensation after complaining to management. We were four people but only received one set of keys. A scheduled weed‑clearing contractor never returned. The shower and sink drains were clogged when we took over, forcing us to unclog them ourselves. The bedrooms lacked shelves, drawers, and a wardrobe in the second room, and there were no extra linens, so we had to buy our own to wash the provided set. The property was poorly maintained: two wall lights and a side lamp were broken, the blue recycling bag was missing, and recycled waste was left outside when we moved in (bottles, foam from new fans, etc.). A huge stain on the bed linen was present upon arrival, and the management absurdly blamed us and charged us for it.
