The parking lot was fine. The floors, room, bathroom, and everything else were dirty; the beds were uncomfortable, and the carpet in the hallway and stairs felt like felt.

It’s close to the highway, but the property felt dated and the sheets were too stiff while the pillows were insufficient; still, it was acceptable for the price.

The proximity to Warren Dunes was a highlight, but the AC didn’t work and my room stayed hot all night; the pet fee was advertised as included on site yet we were hit with an extra charge upon arrival and received no refund.

It felt cozy and clean, but the ceiling above our shower looked like someone had just sprayed it with mold spray—this needs proper attention.

The price was reasonable, the location was close to the highway, and the bathroom was updated, yet the hallway carpet was filthy, the refrigerator was broken until they moved us to a room with a working fridge, and breakfast was basically nonexistent.
