I wasn’t impressed and won’t return; there’s no respect for guests and they only speak Polish, not English. The service was awful, with a very aggressive approach and pure exploitation—booking a three‑bedroom suite for a family with a 6‑month‑old baby, yet the hotel charged an extra 250 ZWL for the infant even though the bed was already available.

Irenka is a wonderful lady; she prepares dishes and cakes that make you lick your fingers 🙂 The owners are fantastic and very approachable. I recommend it to anyone who wants to escape the city’s bustle and find inner calm.
