It met my expectations perfectly… a riad in the heart of the Medina with the right comforts for that price range. Nothing to add.

We absolutely adored our stay at the Riad Chez Henriette; the place was charming, serene, and supremely comfortable. Abdel and Moussa were incredibly kind and helpful at any hour, and we left Marrakesh feeling truly content. 😊😊😊

The property was a quiet oasis, a breath of fresh air from the Medina. It was beautifully styled, clean, and comfortable. It truly felt like home. The staff were amazing and kind, always ensuring we were enjoying ourselves and making our stay the best experience. We loved our stay here and highly recommend. It was nice that the riad was on a quiet street away from the chaos yet very close to the square and easy to reach everything. It’s a short walk from a car park where we picked up our transfers.

The room was spacious and instantly smelled wonderful as soon as we entered; it’s newly renovated yet still exudes that authentic Moroccan vibe we loved. What truly made our visit memorable were the staff—Moussa, Abdel, and the housekeeper—who were exceptionally kind and generous, always ready to brew tea, ask about our day, guide us around, and ensure our safety in the city. We spent countless hours chatting with them about life in Morocco and joking together, and they quickly became friends, almost like brothers. From the very beginning they treated us with such kindness that the connection felt even more special. We came expecting just a place to stay, but left with unforgettable memories and unexpected friendships. Thank you all for your warmth and for making our stay so special; we’ll definitely remember you and hope to return someday! ❤️ The outside and surrounding streets can look a bit rough, but that’s typical of the medina; don’t let the first impression deter you because the interior tells a different story. We had no major complaints about our stay.
