I couldn't understand why this hotel would send me this request, how am I supposed to write such a review without shame? I was literally poisoning myself here and they still want me to rate it. I don't know how to explain it, I filed 50 complaints in the form, tried to contact the staff repeatedly but never got a response. I said from the start it was problematic, the cleaning was a nightmare and the odors made it impossible to stay. I had to leave twice at night because of the smell even after changing rooms three times, and I kept telling them about it. They still expect a review from me, what a pity.

The location is spot on, you can walk everywhere, there’s a pillow that feels like home and a rooftop to chill with a mosque. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the place is close to Tanah Abang and Plaza Indonesia. If you want to go to Grand Indonesia, Sarinah, or Wahid Hasyim, it’s nearby, plus there’s breakfast and it’s easy to find food.
