Absolutely amazing stay at Rigmor Haveli! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. Great service, delicious food, and a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely stay here again!

Nothing great. Not at all customer friendly, the person at front desk was not customer friendly, i wanted to go a place so i asked him if he can help me book cab or auto he did but he was overcharging for same, i booked auto by my self which was economical the reason which i undertood i negotiated with him as he was overcharging and he didnt get comission much so he didnt help so i managed myself, i asked him for courier service and bag repair which he said i dont know for every Query his answer was negative and no, i am also from Hospitality industry worked previously in front desk as well i can very sure say its not worth staying here, and i have worked with sevral hotels in my life till date , this is selfish mean minded behaviour too bad , what do you mean by hotel? A home away from home where you feel comfortable but this no way comfortable, Hospotality not at all, only thing i liked he allowed early check in and check out at 11.30 rest not at all good, i strongly dont recommend this hotel to anyone, its a big No rest if you guys wana take a chance experiment please go ahead

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location and welcoming atmosphere. The care taker, Bhawani ji, was an absolute gem who went out of his way to ensure that everything was taken care of during my two-night stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Jodhpur.

The hotel's location was one of its redeeming qualities, but unfortunately, that was about it. The property itself was not clean, and the fridge and TV were not functioning properly. Overall, my stay was marred by these issues.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's staff, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was also amazing, with the mix daal tadka being a particular highlight. As a couple, we felt safe and well taken care of during our stay.
