Everything was excellent, good customer service, the entire hotel is super clean, restaurants and bars are walking distance

The staff were extremely helpful and responsive from start to finish; Pablo was always attentive, showed an unmatched attitude, and made our stay truly pleasant. However, the room services were not standardized—some controls lacked batteries, the TV had no signal, and my companions’ rooms had few connectors and no water in a hot spot.
