The layout was very comfortable, the host was friendly and welcoming, and the location is amazing, right in the center of Chania’s old town; nothing was lacking, it was excellent.

J&G Suites, housed in a renovated Venetian building, is located in Chania's Old Town, opposite the Byzantine chapel of Saint Irene. The hotel features air-conditioned suites with traditional furnishings, living rooms, and some with private verandas or internal wooden staircases. Free internet access is available. It is 500 metres from the old Venetian Port and close to fine restaurants.

We liked the look of the room and it was very clean; the location is perfect, and the crew was very nice 🙂

The location is great in an amazing old Venetian house, but being on the ground floor it was quite noisy because of the restaurant next door until about midnight and then deliveries early in the morning; this didn’t take away from the experience though. Check‑in was easy, though parking was a little walk away. Luggage could be dropped off, which was appreciated. It’s a safe walk to many shops and restaurants—great location overall. Just be aware of noise if you’re a light sleeper.

The attention to detail and the design of the suites far surpassed most rooms we’ve ever stayed in; the location was fabulous, Gregg and his mother made us feel at home and were so helpful—would recommend to anyone. If you rent a car, it’s a little difficult to navigate, but Gregg walked us through finding where we could meet him and we parked in a lot close by.
