“Not a good experience”

I had a decent location, but that's where the positives ended. The elevators were a letdown - one was out of order and the other would only go up to the third floor, forcing me to take the stairs for the rest of the way. The hot tub was lukewarm, but the jets weren't working, and the bathroom in the pool area was disgusting. To top it off, the beds were super uncomfortable, making the whole stay not worth the price.

“AWESOME!! 5STARS*****”

My experience was fantastic from start to finish. The facility was spotless and stunning, and the staff was exceptional - I particularly appreciated the wonderful service from one of the managers, Stephanie. I was so impressed that I'd be happy to stay here again when I'm in the area. Everything just clicked.

I was really pleased with the spacious room and the friendly staff. However, I did wish I had brought my swim trunks to enjoy the pool - that was my only regret. Overall, it was a great stay.

While I enjoyed the good breakfast and clean room, there were some notable drawbacks. The sheets and towels were a bit rough, and I was surprised that breakfast wasn't a buffet-style meal, which I had been looking forward to. To make matters worse, I had some issues with my debit card being charged for incidental expenses, even though I had prepaid for the room and didn't incur any extra costs.

“Over all it was a great stay”

I loved the recent remodel - it really brought the place up to date. However, I did notice that the roll-in shower could be improved for guests with disabilities. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner were placed above the seat, which made them difficult to reach for someone sitting down.
