The staff were amazing, all very helpful and friendly. The airport shuttle saved me a lot of hassle. The terrace restaurant was top notch, offering so many fresh and delicious options. The terrace views are some of the best in Bogotá. My room was super clean. However, the Wi‑Fi was terrible and the hotel really needs to improve there. The room felt a bit too cold, lacked insulation (no A/C) and street noise was quite loud. The water wasn’t that warm.

The front‑desk staff were very friendly. The room didn’t have a phone or intercom to contact reception. The lunch was excessively expensive for an executive meal.
