“Great location & value”

The room was laid out perfectly for a family of four, with two bathrooms and a decent pool that was a bit small. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was just fine, served in a pleasant café setting. The location was great, close to malls and the BTS. The downside was the air conditioning; it was very loud at night and I couldn’t lower the fan.

“Good location and good stay”

The location was excellent—close to the BTS, many restaurants, and three large malls. The staff were great throughout my stay, and everything was clean. The gym was my favorite, with equipment like lat pulldown, bench press, leg machine, dumbbells, and cardio gear. I didn’t use the nice pool. Breakfast was good, and the café offered a good selection after the buffet ended, so if you’re late, the food is better. Overall a good stay. The only downside was that when I stayed on the 7th floor last time, the room was fine, but this time on the 2nd floor I noticed a musty smell in the hallway and the room itself, and I couldn’t close the shades without people seeing in.

The staff were extremely nice and always available, the room was spacious, and the swimming pool was a definite plus. I also used the gym, which was very good. I ordered a taxi through reception, and they found a friendly, reasonably priced driver. The lobby felt empty and lacked a chill spot, and breakfast was at a coffee shop next to the hotel, so it didn’t feel like a true hotel breakfast.

“Value for your money”

The location near the BTS Asok station was good, and a 7‑Eleven was nearby. The room was spacious and clean, staff were very friendly, and breakfast was also good. The only issue was that we weren’t told we’d be looking out onto a construction site where workers started drilling at 08:00 AM.
