Location was great, the room was a decent size, and the lobby looked stunning. However, there’s no direct pedestrian access to the lobby; we had to go through the ground‑floor lobby, which only opened after 10 AM, so if you need to leave before then you’d have to walk through the driveway, which feels unsafe. A pedestrian entrance would help. The bed was too soft for comfort, and the towels were thin and not new; better towels would improve the stay. Thanks.
