Public transport is convenient and the location is ideal for city sightseeing. The surrounding area is quiet, so the room was spacious and relaxing. The breakfast isn’t extravagant, but it offers a decent variety of necessary ingredients and enough portions. The taste was satisfying. The absence of a table and chairs in the room was inconvenient. The TV was missing, but that didn’t bother me. The shower room door was almost broken. The room key was an old-fashioned type. Wi‑Fi was somewhat hard to connect to; I finally managed to connect after several attempts.

Good location. Excellent value for money. Staff very friendly. The breakfast was not very varied.

The location is affordable, close to the city centre yet quiet, and the city centre and the villa district with Villa Tugendhat are easily reachable on foot; the breakfast buffet is fairly decent, but the facilities feel very spartan and old, and I avoided inspecting the shower closely because a cleaner bathroom would improve it considerably.
