The hosts were very nice, the house was beautiful, the breakfast was top‑class, and the location was perfect for walking to Niagara Falls.
“Stressful stay due to incorrect check-in instructions, no assistance and incorrect charges.”
It was actually a very cozy and clean place, with good breakfast not far from the main attractions of Niagara Falls. Shame that the experience with the owners and the communication ruined the whole stay. The check‑in was extremely difficult. Despite telling the property about our late arrival, the provided code didn’t work and the room information was unclear. We called six times with no answer and eventually had to find the owner ourselves. We were then given a general code for ALL doors and had to locate the room ourselves. Even after explaining the situation in the morning, the owners apologized and said everything was settled before we left, yet we were later charged an additional $40 for allegedly using two rooms. This was unfair and dishonest, as the issue stemmed from incorrect instructions and lack of help. Additionally, the bathroom had a safety problem: the water was extremely hot and the bathtub grab bar broke when I tried to steady myself, causing me to fall. Despite trying to resolve the issue with the owners, they have not replied until today and do not seem interested in a customer‑friendly resolution. Very disappointing.
Everything was great! The room was super comfortable and clean with all the amenities needed. Breakfast was amazing. We felt at home.

Dan and Jamie were very nice and knowledgeable about the area, offering good suggestions and being very accommodating. We had a late check‑in and they were very responsive and helpful for the later arrival. No complaints!
