The neighborhood felt bad.

The place was well maintained and spotless, and breakfast was excellent; the silence was a real plus, and Mikayla—if that was her name—was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, offering great dining suggestions that we’ll definitely revisit. The only drawback was the lack of a fan for bathroom ventilation.

Everything was great, the location very good, because my main event was a baseball game at chase field. Nothing to dislike

Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was good, but the location felt a bit sketchy.
