Our stay at the Golden Jewel hotel in Ismailia surpassed every expectation and deserves the highest, unequivocal rating; it’s a place you just want to return to! The rooms are spacious, extremely comfortable, and impeccably clean, giving a sense of home warmth combined with elegance. The pool area is a true relaxation oasis: the pool is spotless, the water temperature is wonderful, and guests have comfortable loungers and umbrellas; the pool staff deserve special praise for their alertness, friendliness, and professionalism. The location and surroundings—close to Crocodile Lake and a pristine, well‑maintained beach—create an amazing atmosphere for water‑side relaxation. Dining is a delight: breakfasts are absolutely wonderful with a huge selection, freshness, and excellent quality, plus superb aromatic coffee that starts the day perfectly. The hotel staff are a class in themselves—helpful in every matter, smiling from ear to ear, and exhibiting honesty and discretion at the highest level. Golden Jewel is the gem of Ismailia, a place crafted with passion and attention to every detail; I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking unforgettable relaxation in Egypt.

The staff were very friendly and helpful; a few items left in random places always came back to us. Smiles, culture. Breakfasts were great—massive selection, especially local dishes which were perfect for us. Rooms were clean. The pool and lake by the hotel were lovely. The beach service was fantastic, as were the restaurant, reception, and room service. Thank you.

“Bir daha asla kalmam”

Çeşitlilik azdı, tabak, çatal gibi ekipmanların bazıları temiz değildi. Rezervasyon yaptığım fiyatın dışında fiyat istediler, Mısır vatandaşı olmadığım için ekstra ücret ödemek zorunda kaldım, gece geç saatte gelmemiş olsaydım asla kalmazdım, zaten odalar dışardan güzel gözükse de temiz değildi, 5 yıldız bir otel de bir terlik bile vermemeleri çok saçma

“إقامة رائعة أستثنائية”

The stay at the hotel is wonderful, the location in Alexandria is superb, the rooms, all areas, and the landscaping are beautiful and clean, the swimming pool is excellent and tidy, evening events are great especially on Thursday and Friday, and we thank all the staff for their cooperation, effort, warmth, and care, especially Mr. Ziad and Mr. Ahmed Hassni, the reception manager. The stay was exceptional for me and my family, with no remarks.

“Sympa”

The charming lobby, attentive staff, lakefront setting, and large pool are highlights, yet the breakfast quality is mediocre, the serving spoons are dirty, the selection is too limited, and there’s no fruit salad or fresh fruit.
