The staff were very friendly, and the communication over WhatsApp ran smoothly even when we were a few hours late due to delays. Breakfast was tasty, and the location is a little remote, just a few minutes above Pietrasanta, but it’s easy to reach.

The room, the cleanliness, being in a historic building, and the staff’s friendliness were all great. Nothing else, but I would improve the breakfast variety—maybe add eggs and more savory options, a homemade cake… a bit more assortment.
The warm hospitality of Friederike and Lisa, the historic connection to the property, very quick response times, and plenty of nice tips for restaurants and nearby farmers were all excellent.

A small, nice hotel, located out of the way, with a beautiful room and a large bathroom. The management was inflexible and lecturing, the breakfast was modest, the air‑conditioning was inadequate, and parking wasn’t convenient.

The place had just been renovated, the internal garden was used for breakfast, and the bathroom offered views of the mountains and a lemon tree.
