The location is great, right in the center. The breakfast needs improvement – quality is low. Carmela, the housekeeper, can’t manage everything alone; more staff would help, especially in the afternoon. Guests had a room issue and the emergency number never answered. Rooms are neglected and need tidying.

“A room in the beautiful sky of Tropea: magic and yummy!”

Carmela is amazing – she handles everything and whips up a tasty breakfast. The spot is unbeatable, 56.5 steps above street level, giving a gorgeous view of the sea and Tropea roofs. Pure magic! The only downside is the nighttime noise from city cleaning and garbage collection, which is outside the property and unavoidable.

The location is outstanding, only four flights of stairs with luggage, but we were warned ahead of time. Carmela is lovely, warm, and makes you feel at home. The room air didn’t cool well, it felt hot. One shower door was open and water soaked the floor. Wi‑Fi was very poor and intermittent.

“Über den Dächern von Tropea”

The spot is fantastic, and the view from the breakfast terrace is great. Carmela is the heart of the house, spreading good vibes and preparing a generous breakfast for Italian standards. The bathroom could be in better condition.

“Wunderbar, kommen gerne wieder”

Breakfast was excellent and Camella, the governor, was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, and the room offers a beautiful view of the Duomo. The garbage truck came around 4.30–6.00 am each morning, making a lot of noise that the hotel couldn’t control.
