Great location. The noise was monstrous. A draft came from a closed window, the shower doors didn't close properly. For two windows there was only one curtain, which let light in (visible in the photo). The shower had a broken window. The plaster at the window was damaged, the laminate under the window was swollen, and there were stains from a leak on the ceiling.
