They welcomed us with a smile, but the reality was far from what the listing promised. The room was a mess, outlets were a safety hazard, and we left after just 15 minutes. No response to our refund request.

Staying right on the Neretva was a dream – easy parking, beautiful scenery, and the rooms were tastefully done, though not exactly luxury. The staff went above and beyond, sorting everything quickly, and the meals were tasty. The only downside? The bathrooms and toilets could have been cleaner.

We had plenty of room options and the setting was truly secluded, not crowded at all. The only hiccup was that there was no pillow, just a thin blanket, and we arrived after sunset – usually it’s warm.

We stayed in a cozy wooden cabin, and the info was spot on. The staff were super helpful with charging our electric car. No AC needed – evenings were cool and the view from the window was stunning. Highly recommend.
