The hotel is quite simple, but well structured and in a great location. The breakfast is basic but everything was tasty. The bed was normal, only the pillows were too thick for my taste, the bathroom was very clean and the room was spacious. Everything was as expected. The only point to detail would be that the bathroom was a bit tight, but since I was traveling alone it met my needs; if I had gone with my wife, I might have felt the lack of space.

My first stay at this inn and I'm really impressed - the owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfy. The location is great, close to everything, with plenty of shopping and leisure options. It gets pretty quiet at night, which made for a great night's sleep. I'd definitely recommend Pousada Santana and plan to stay there again next time I'm in Trindade.

I didn't like it here at all - the bathroom was ridiculously small, even for me at 123 lbs, it was super uncomfortable. The bed didn't have a top sheet and the pillowcase was stained. And the breakfast was honestly worse than what you'd find at a low-end hotel on the highway.
