Super Hotel O Trinity Inn

While the room space was a highlight of my stay, the facilities were a major letdown. Despite the spacious room, the overall amenities and services were lacking, making my stay feel incomplete. It's a shame that the hotel couldn't deliver on the promise of a comfortable and well-equipped room.

“Don't accept foreigners”

I was left stranded and humiliated when the hotel refused to honor my booking at midnight. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the staff made up excuses and lied to me, ultimately telling me that I couldn't stay because I'm a foreigner. The experience was nothing short of appalling, and I was forced to leave without any resolution. The hotel's behavior was unacceptable and left a sour taste in my mouth.

“Worst experience,.should be delisted from booking .com”

My stay at this hotel was a disaster from the moment I arrived. The owner refused to give me a room, citing that I should contact the booking platform if I had any issues. However, the real problem was the cramped and uncomfortable environment, ill-behaved staff, and a general sense of insecurity that made me feel unsafe, especially as a newcomer to Nagpur. It was a terrible experience that I would not wish on anyone.

“Good stay”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, despite its claims of being the "best." The food, which I had been looking forward to, was actually quite nice, but it wasn't enough to redeem the hotel's numerous shortcomings. From the moment I arrived, I was underwhelmed by the hotel's service, amenities, and overall atmosphere.
