The spa was excellent. Finding public transport was difficult, so a taxi was the only viable option.

Everything was fine. The spa was clean. Nothing was lacking.

I never actually stayed at the hotel; the listing showed 5 stars, but when I arrived it was 4 stars. I tried to cancel but didn’t get a refund, so I booked elsewhere and left it. They show real disregard and misleading advertising.

We were fortunate enough to stay in one of the hotel's luxurious Diamond suites, and it was absolutely impeccable. The staff's service was impeccable, and the spa was truly incredible. However, I did have one minor complaint - the breakfast area could be a bit larger and better organized.

I was pleased with the hotel's location and the cleanliness and decor of the rooms, as well as the breakfast options. However, I encountered a few issues during my stay. The heating in my suite was not working, and despite the staff's efforts, they were unable to repair it. Instead, they provided me with two electric heaters, which was a bit of a makeshift solution.
