The location was great. We liked the beaches nearby.

It was an excellent price and the location was pretty good too, even though road construction right in front was not ideal, but that was not the hotel’s fault. It was about 10‑15 minutes from everything (Barnum museum, St. Armonds Circle, etc). The staff (maybe the owners?) were very cordial. My biggest issue was the AC not being on when we arrived and it took hours for the room to cool down a little. After hours of travel and the temperature being in the 90s, not having a cool room when you walk in sets the negative tone. With a reservation, they should have had the rooms cooled before checking in. It wasn’t an issue for me, but the TV was not working and although I could have called the office and they would have fixed it, I didn’t because I didn’t care. It would have also been nice to have more than one towel per person.

Access was easy. The room was far from the beach, so you needed a vehicle.
