“Great location and staff. Property needs some basic investment”
The location was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly, but the place was very tired and needed updating; there were broken fixtures in the room, the shower didn’t work without assistance, broken furniture was stacked up, the bar was lovely but had no one serving and no stock, the pool had some old plastic loungers, and it was quite noisy.

Breakfast was decent, it was nice to be able to refresh in the pool, and the staff were very lovely, but the conference venue next door was very noisy—though this might not be all the time.

The hotel is a charming little place that offers good value for money. The staff were very friendly and the view from the terrace was lovely, but getting to the hotel is a real workout because you have to climb a lot of stairs.
