The room was huge with a view of the pool and beach, and the location was excellent.

The location was fine, yet the room left a lot to be desired – there were no toiletries except two large bottles of shampoo, only a single kettle, and the bathroom tap worked while the one by the bed did not; the ceiling showed patches of black mould that had been partially painted over, a musty smell filled the space, the furniture was heavily worn, the duvet cover was stained, there was no blackout curtain, the air‑conditioning leaked water onto the floor, the safety box was broken and the replacement was loose enough to walk away with, and breakfast was extremely sparse with just coffee and no tea.
