The room sleeps two on a queen bed and includes a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea maker, kitchenware, and a dining table, plus a sofa and a wardrobe. The en‑suite bathroom features a bathtub, walk‑in shower, toilet, free toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and towels, with an extra‑fee option for additional linens. Climate control is supplied by air‑conditioning, heating, air purifiers and electric blankets, while entertainment is covered by a flat‑screen TV with satellite channels and free Wi‑Fi.

The front door kept failing to latch properly, so it was a real hassle every time I entered or left the room.
The showers had plenty of hot water, but the electric blanket in my room was broken and never turned on.

I booked the room, arrived to find it full, and the manager—who was a foreign national lacking South African hospitality—was rude; after a shouting match I was refunded at 3 AM with no explanation, making it the worst experience ever and I will never return unless I receive formal documentation of the actions taken.
