The hotel features a quiet garden, LCD TVs, and free high-speed Wi-Fi in all rooms. Guests can walk to the city centre, Royal Pavilion, and pier within 15 minutes or access Hove Rail Station less than a mile away, with on-street parking available.

The location was fine, but when I arrived the staff didn’t honor my prepaid booking and forced me to pay again, citing a dispute with the booking company and refusing to honor any reservations made through them.

The room temperature was 45 °C upon arrival; I told reception I wouldn’t stay unless they gave me a different room, which they couldn’t, so I left without staying, demanded a refund, but received none and had to sleep in my car – DO NOT STAY unless you’re desperate!

The spot is great and the staff were friendly, but the bathroom was dirty, the hotel looked unkempt overall, the stairs had worn carpets that felt like a trip hazard, and one step lacked a handrail.
