The location is just steps from the Galata Tower and the staff are incredibly kind—thanks Yasin! The bedding is great, and the room is beautiful with high ceilings and a street‑front view. However, the Wi‑Fi isn’t strong enough for work, it doesn’t work in the lounge or the room, the TV barely works, the street‑side room is a bit noisy, the toilet flush doesn’t work well, and the hotel restaurant is overpriced.

The location is great, but the rooms are very tired and worn out, the restaurant is super expensive, and overall it doesn’t feel like the luxury level expected; there’s water damage in the room that hasn’t been repaired and a major leak outside the bedroom door.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well located, and we were very well received by the reception staff who also made a recommendation. We went to the rooftop for drinks and it was very expensive, and the staff’s treatment was very cold, so we left after a few minutes. I was looking forward to staying here, but the price without breakfast isn’t worth it.
