“Wonderful place to stay”
The location was excellent, the staff and breakfast were outstanding, and I loved the high ceilings in the room; everything was perfect.

Everything was liked; the place is very beautiful, and there is nothing to criticize.

The hotel sits right next to the Duomo and a bunch of eateries and shops, which made moving around a breeze. The room was roomy, and the host was super helpful and quick to reply; she even arranged a taxi to the Florence train station almost instantly after we asked. Breakfast was available from 8:00‑10:00 am, a nice touch even though we only tried it once. The bathroom and shower were excellent. On the downside, the AC was loud, the lobby felt a bit unwelcoming, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable—though that seems to be the norm for hotels in Italy. Despite these quirks, the value for the price was good.
