The hotel made a great stopover after the afternoon Brittany ferry from Portsmouth; it’s easy to find, very comfortable, has a 24‑hour reception, and serves an excellent French breakfast. There’s nothing to dislike about this hotel.

The Ibis hotel is good, with friendly staff and a nice restaurant. The bike parking is the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel in France. Nothing else.

Perfectly situated near Caen port. The restaurant was closed on Sunday, the same day most other restaurants and shops in Falaise were shut.
