The bed was fine, but the place was under construction and unfinished. It wasn't very clean; mold was present at the lower wall, a pipe was leaking, there was no view of the water, and the wall was only 5 feet high. The owner seemed indifferent to guests, not responding to texts. The AC didn't work, the TV was broken, and the remote was smashed. As a loyal customer, your reputation is at stake with this property; I've never had issues with you before, but this time I’m demanding a full refund of my stay, $535.25. I hope you’ll reply positively to this text, otherwise it will be the last time we do business together. Thank you in advance, a dissatisfied client.

La maison est bien située, mais je n’ai pas pu faire fonctionner la télévision. Je ne suis pas très technophile; une instruction pour la TV serait utile. Merci. À part la TV et le réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionnaient pas à mon arrivée, tout était correct. Il y avait un problème de fil ou de prise.

The interior renovation is top‑quality, with a nicely executed industrial style, but the outdoor layout feels uninviting; the loft sits in Tourelle, a small community merged with Ste‑Anne des Monts.

The spot overlooking Saint Laurent and near the Gaspésie National Park is ideal, and the apartment was spacious, tidy, and very quiet, letting us sleep well. However, there were a few missing cutlery items—forks, knives, and small spoons—otherwise the kitchen gear was fine, and the sofa‑bed creaked a bit.
