The staff here are really nice, that's about all I can say - they made a good impression.
Everything was spotless and organised, and the chair in our room was a nice touch.
The breakfast here was honestly the highlight of my stay - it was really good!
The location is perfect too.

“Ich komme gern wieder in das Hotel.”
The breakfast buffet was very varied and tasty, but it would have been nice to have an extra coffee option; standing in line for just one machine was not optimal.
The hotel is fantastic, the breakfast is amazing, the room is large and comfortable, the whole place is very clean, and the receptionist who attended us was very friendly; if it weren’t for being charged almost 7 euros for a drink that was only half a shot, I would have given it a 10.
Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen wenn wir in Hamburg sind. Wir fanden das Frühstück zu teuer. Deswegen haben wir außerhalb gefrühstückt. Dass die Matratze nicht durchgängig war 😅 Sie ist uns in der Nacht auseinander gerutscht. Aber trotzdem war das Bett sehr gemütlich
