The room was clean and nice for the price I paid, and the location, while not central, worked well for the conference I had to attend. The Wi‑Fi in the room didn’t work at all, the breakfast was mediocre, and when I asked for an invoice the staff said Booking would provide it, not them. Booking insisted the hotel had to issue it, so I contacted them repeatedly and even filed a complaint with Booking, but never received any response.
