“Non lo consiglio al mio peggior nemico”

The location was great, and the rooftop was fantastic, but the room was a nightmare: it was covered in dust, the bed was uncomfortable and dusty, and the bathroom was infested with white insects that seem to live where there is mold. We had to fight to get into the bathroom, and they never attacked us at night, but it was still a challenge. I woke up with a sore back, a sore neck, and heavy breathing from the dust, and I desperately wanted to use the bathroom because I couldn’t use the one in the room. I would not recommend staying here for anyone.

“Muy bueno”

The place is in a great spot, close to everything, and you can easily move around with your luggage and full gear! The pillows are amazing and super comfy. The room is clean and the staff are awesome. The only downside was that there was no hot water at night, only during the day. We stayed another night and they didn’t bring any paper to the room or offer cleaning services.

“I will book it again when I come to Chefchaouen and would suggest anyone who needs accommodation in the centre.”

The location, staff, and room equipment were all solid, but the rooms are small, which is fine for short stays.

The staff were top‑class, especially Mohamed, a wonderful guy who took great care of us and gave good dining tips. The hotel had all the bling‑bling equipment I was looking for, plus the authentic Moroccan charm and two rooftop terraces to enjoy the view, coffee, or fresh air at night with the city lights. The only drawback was that my air‑conditioning was broken and I had to rely on the fan, but I still don’t regret staying here.
