Great value for money—an adult‑only spot near the town’s party/izakaya quarter; we requested a non‑smoking room and it was perfect, 30 m², twice the usual Japanese size, and all three rooms on our floor were non‑smoking. It’s a bit off public transport, a 20‑minute walk from Ueda Station, and there’s a microwave in the corridor.

There was no positive aspect. The parking lot was in a different location, which was inconvenient.

It’s a love hotel, so it was busy and a bit noisy until about midnight. The staff were great. I could drop off my suitcase in the morning. Overall it’s fine, but I felt a little uneasy being alone.
