The place is cute and welcoming, the staff are very helpful, and the location is great. The terrace with a view of the pyramids is top! Highly recommended!

After getting over the initial shock of the surroundings, I discovered a great hotel – the room air con was cool & spacious, a very comfortable bed, and the view from the balcony & roof top is exceptional, and the staff were very welcoming & couldn’t do enough for you. The streets around here are not very pleasant to look at but once you get your head around that you get on with what’s good.

The breakfast was very good and additional sides were provided immediately upon request. The view of the pyramid from the rooftop was great.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was very dirty! The sheets weren’t washed! We ran out of water and electricity! They did nothing to solve it! We were misled by the reservation – it wasn’t this hotel.

So close to the museum and pyramids. Easy to get a taxi from the hotel and they are super helpful people. Breakfast was sooo good! and their rooftop is really good.
