“Groet experience with stay and shopping”
The rooms are huge and very good. The only downside is that entry and exit are through the casino.
The place is clean. Service and facilities are exceptional, and the shuttle service is excellent. Nothing to complain about.

I can’t find words to describe it; it’s amazingly beautiful. The services are excellent and the staff are very nice. I received special attention from Uni, Della, Irene, Cathy, and Valentina, who helped from pre‑arrival to departure. I’m grateful to them so my mom and I could have a memorable holiday in Macau. The only negative is that the hotel feels too big… haha 😆😆
The room is spacious, the staff are friendly, and the view is good, which I liked. Compared to newer hotels, it feels older, and there’s no lounge bar. In Macau overall, it seemed there were not many places that sell alcohol.
