The hotel's location was absolutely perfect – it was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to all the main attractions.
The staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially at breakfast.

“Mauvaise nuit”
The location near Montparnasse station was convenient, but we had a room with five beds: a double, a sofa bed and an extra bed, and two pillows were missing. Reception said they had none and offered no solution, so two people had to sleep without pillows. The next day, when we left our luggage in the “bagagerie” closet, we found three pillows on the shelf. Moreover, the sofa bed was broken and very uncomfortable. We were offered four breakfasts (which we normally don’t take), but that didn’t make up for the bad night in a broken bed without pillows.
The location was fairly decent, yet the room was filthy, the floor sticky and the bedding dirty; the bathroom was far from clean and the second “double bed” turned out to be a rundown sofa bed. When we called housekeeping, the staff wiped it down with a used rag and then said there was nothing more they could do… not suitable at all for parents with two children. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
