I really enjoyed my stay: the hotel sits right in the city center, making travel easy; the food was delicious and I savored every bite; the staff were professional, polite, and always ready to help; all in all, it was a wonderful experience and I would strongly recommend it.

The location can't be beat, it's super central and convenient. However, that's about where the positives end - the service was painfully slow and the staff seemed really inefficient. The food was a major letdown, both in terms of quality and value for money. Honestly, you'd be better off grabbing a bite from a street vendor than paying over the odds for a subpar meal here.
