The people were very welcoming and kind. The time in Istanbul was a drawback.

“Gyventi įmanoma”

There was plenty of space, a two‑bedroom apartment with a living room, and the view from the 12th floor was perfect; the beds were comfortable, the air‑conditioner worked, reception was available 24/7, and the coffee was good. The kitchen was just a room with no appliances, cleanliness was lacking – nobody cleaned for five days, and you had to ask for hygiene supplies and toilet paper; the walls were scuffed, water ran onto the bathroom floor (thankfully there’s a drain), and you had to take out the trash yourself. There were no extra blankets on the beds, only a sheet and pillow; when we asked we got two blankets without covers and then had to request covers, finally receiving one double and one single blanket, while the third person used a towel as a blanket. Constant water on the floor attracted insects. The central part of the property is far from public transport, requiring several changes and taking 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours because of heavy traffic. Breakfast was very weak.

“We loved it , All the amenities were amazing.”

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the front staff were extremely helpful.

The value for money was good and the rooms were very spacious, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped.

“Cauchemardesques”

The view was good, but the sheets hadn’t been changed and the bed was covered in a lot of hair, the shower door was broken, water pressure was very low, and there was a lot of noise around the room. I couldn’t sleep or feel comfortable – a real nightmare. We strongly advise against this hotel.
